HoReCa Adria

This weekend we visited the HoReCa Adria fair organized by the Tourism Info magazine. The fair was held in the Opatija Hall Marino Cvetković and gathered leading suppliers for the tourism and hospitality sector from Croatia and abroad. The fair lasted for three days, from 24-26. October 2019, and this year celebrated its mini jubilee - fifth anniversary. Over 90 exhibitors and almost 3000 visitors gathered to find many new ideas to enrich their offer. Our Admiral team was represented by: Ivan Topolnjak, Fabijan Bronzović and Moreno Pavličić.

During the three days of the fair, visitors could find everything they needed to equip and invest, and apart from the exhibit section itself, the fair has a rich accompanying program with a number of excellent lectures. Intended for hoteliers, owners of apartments, villas and guesthouses, caterers, restaurateurs, investors, architects and designers, the fair is the place where the new season begins, the sectors connect and create new values. The fifth edition of the HoReCa Adria Hospitality Trade brought together the largest number of exhibitors so far, mainly from Croatia, but also from Italy, Germany, Austria and Serbia. The exhibit program mostly included equipment for professional kitchens and hotels, all the necessary small materials and inventory, and presented the leading brands that exist on the market today. 

“This year we also have educations for caterers and hoteliers, and the whole fair is focused on raising the quality, because the season has shown that the future in tourism is only for those who are considering investing and improving the quality of their facilities and services. Through this fair, we want to contribute to the positive developments in raising the quality of Opatija and Kvarner, as well as Croatian tourism", said Barbara Pozaric, editor-in-chief of Tourism info magazine.
