For every meeting or business event

Half day Meeting Point package (for a minimum of 10 delegates with a maximum duration of 4 hours):

  • Half-day meeting room rental
  • Notepads and pens
  • 1 coffee break, morning or afternoon, including: coffee, tea, 1 bottle of natural spring or sparkling water 0,25 l, sweet mini croissants*
  • Wireless high-speed Internet access
  • Audio Visual equipment (LCD projector, projector screens and/or flat touch screens, conference sound system with wireless microphone, 1 flip chart with paper and markers)

Full day Meeting Point package (for a minimum of 10 delegates with a maximum duration of 8 hours)*

  • Full-day meeting room rental
  • Notepads and pens
  • 2 coffee breaks, morning and afternoon, including: coffee, tea, 2 bottles of natural spring or sparkling water 0,25 l, sweet mini croissants, mini sandwiches
  • Lunch or evening buffet including 1 complimentary beverage (wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverage or water)
  • Wireless high-speed Internet Access
  • Audio Visual equipment (LCD projector, projector screens and/or flat touch screens, conference sound system with wireless microphone, 1 flip chart with paper and markers)

Premium Meeting Point package (for a minimum of 10 delegates with a maximum duration of 8 hours):

  • Welcome drink at “The Bar”
  • 1 night in a Superior room
  • Buffet breakfast
  • Full-day meeting room rental
  • Notepads and pens
  • 2 coffee breaks, morning or afternoon, including: coffee, tea, 2 bottles of natural spring or sparkling water 0,25 l, sweet mini croissants, mini sandwiches
  • Lunch or evening buffet including 1 complimentary beverage (wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverage or water)
  • Wireless high-speed Internet access
  • Audio Visual equipment (LCD projector, projector screens and/or flat touch screens, conference sound system with wireless microphone, 1 flip chart with paper and markers)
  • 1 complimentary overnight stay for the Conference Manager (available when booking the Premium Meeting Point Package for a minimum of 10 participants)
